How do I book a ride?
To book a ride, simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your preferred vehicle type, and confirm your booking. You can track your driver in real-time once the ride is confirmed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Stripe. You can add your card or connect your Stripe account in the wallet section of your profile.
How do I cancel a ride?
You can cancel a ride from the active rides section. Please note that cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after the driver has been assigned and is on the way.
How do I add a saved location?
Go to Settings > Saved Locations and click "Add New Location". Enter the location details and save it for quick access during future bookings.
What if I left something in the vehicle?
Contact support immediately with your ride details. We'll help you connect with the driver to retrieve your lost item. You can also report lost items through the ride history section.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to Settings > Edit Profile to update your personal information, phone number, email, and profile picture.
